How far in advance should we book for a wedding?
For destination weddings, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak season (October to February). For smaller celebrations like birthdays or anniversaries, 2-3 months notice is usually sufficient.
Can you accommodate both Hindu and Christian ceremonies?
Absolutely! We have experience hosting diverse ceremonies—Hindu, Christian, Sikh, interfaith, and civil ceremonies. Our team can arrange for pandits, pastors, or officiants, and we have versatile venues that can be decorated according to any tradition.
What's included in the accommodation packages?
Our accommodation packages include comfortable rooms with mountain views, daily breakfast, and access to common areas. For celebrations, we offer special group rates and can block rooms for your entire guest list.
Do you provide decoration and vendor services?
Yes, we work with trusted local vendors for florals, décor, photography, videography, and entertainment. Our event coordinator will help you choose vendors that match your vision and budget.
What's the weather like during wedding season?
October to February is peak season with clear skies (15-25°C days, 5-10°C nights). We provide heaters and bonfire setups to keep guests cozy. Monsoon (July-September) brings dramatic misty landscapes perfect for intimate events.
What's the guest capacity for different venues?
Our garden lawn can accommodate up to 150 guests. The terrace is perfect for 50-70 guests with panoramic views. For very small intimate ceremonies, our indoor spaces host 30-40 guests comfortably.
Are there any additional costs we should know about?
Package prices are per guest. Additional costs may include DJ services, custom multi-day decor, vendor accommodation, and any premium menu upgrades. GST is applicable as per government norms.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 60+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Less than 30 days notice typically results in no refund, though dates can be rescheduled subject to availability.
