Kumaoni Cuisine
Pahadon ka Swaad
"Taste of the Mountains"
Our Kitchen
Farm to Forest to Table
At Woodsvilla, every meal tells the story of Kumaon. Our ingredients travel short distances — from the terraced farms of local villages, from the forests where wild herbs grow, and from recipes passed down through generations of Pahadi families.
We don't serve "mountain cuisine" as a novelty. We serve the food our grandmothers made, with the same love, the same techniques, and the same respect for the land.
